We don't accept walk-ins. Please book via the calendar above or reach out by email. We'll confirm your appointment within one business day of receiving payment.
What to expect
A comprehensive 2 hour initial consultation to explore your health history, current concerns and priorities.
A personalised Health Plan Proposal is then prepared.
Followed by a 60 minute session to walk through the plan — so you feel clear and confident in your next steps.

Cancellation policy
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment. With 48 hours or more, we'll reschedule you at no charge or refund your fee in full.
With less than 48 hours' notice, or a missed appointment, we'll carry your payment over to a new time.
