What It's For

  • Traditional warming balm for stiff, aching joints and muscles
  • Traditionally used for rheumatic and arthritic-type discomfort
  • May support circulation to cold or sluggish areas

How to Use

  • Joint and muscle relief: Apply a small amount to affected joints 2–3× daily and massage in with firm circular motions.
  • Warmth compress: Apply, then cover with a warm cloth for 15–20 minutes.
  • Evening routine: Massage into stiff areas before bed.
  • For external use only. Avoid broken skin. Wash hands after use.

Ingredients: Deer tallow, deer bone marrow fat, lanolin, wormwood extract & juice, alcohol, beeswax, Scots pine needle oil, mountain pine oil, limonene, linalool.
